Whoopie Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Devil’s food cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 1 tub of vanilla frosting

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil. If the dough is too sticky, add flour until dough is easy to roll into balls.
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls or larger, depending on the desired size (they spread quite a bit).
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
