A full year of parental leave
Although the United States doesn’t require employers to offer paid maternity leave, Netflix offers employees a full year (moms, dads, and adoptive moms and dads). And while they’re no Netflix, Microsoft and Airbnb both offer 22 weeks of paid parental leave, according to Recode. Twitter and Amazon are right behind, offering 20 weeks.
